About Predyktable
We started Predyktable because too many warehouse labour decisions are still made too late and with too little visibility.
Predyktable was founded to help warehouse operators make labour decisions more clearly, earlier, and with better control.
Because when labour is one of the biggest costs in the operation, the decision behind it should not be left to disconnected tools, local experience, and late correction.
Why we exist
Warehouse operations rarely fail because people are not working hard enough.
They struggle because the labour commitment underneath the plan was weak to begin with — made too late, based on incomplete assumptions, or never fully understood across the operation.
That is the gap that our Labour Decision Intelligence platform was built to close.
In too many businesses, labour is still committed through spreadsheets, siloed planning, and workarounds that only become visible once the site is already under pressure.
The result is familiar:
- Avoidable overtime
- Expensive, agency labour spend
- Service risk
- Operational instability
- Teams forced to recover late
We started Predyktable to make that decision clearer, more deliberate and easier to improve over time.
What we believe
We believe better warehouse performance starts with a better labour decision.
That does not mean replacing experienced operators. It means giving them a clearer basis for making the call.
We believe:
- Labour decisions should be explicit, not implied
- Trade-offs should be visible before execution begins
- Planning and execution should be connected by one clear labour commitment
- Operators should be able to see what was decided, why it was decided, and what changed later
- Better decisions come from operational reality, not abstract optimisation
Our focus is not on generating more plans.
It is on making the decision behind those plans easier to understand, govern and improve.
Built for warehouse operations
Warehouse operations need specialist tools designed to meet their specific needs.
That does not mean replacing experienced operators. It means giving them a clearer basis for making the call.

These are operations where:
- Labour represents a significant share of cost (even where automation is in place)
- Workload varies across time, function and site
- Service commitments have to be met under changing conditions
- Decisions are made across multiple planning horizons
- Late correction is usually the most expensive option
We build for the reality of warehouse operations as they are actually run – across shifts, across functions, and across multiple sites.
How we build
Predyktable is shaped by a simple principle
Technology should make operational decisions clearer, not harder to trust.
That means building in a way that is:
- Grounded in real operating constraints
- Transparent in how decisions are assessed
- Useful to planners, operators and leadership teams alike
- Practical enough to support action, not just analysis
We are not interested in black-box planning.
We are interested in helping teams make labour decisions with more clarity, more control and more confidence.
Meet the leadership team
Predyktable was founded by people with deep experience across retail, warehouse operations, supply chain planning and data science.
That mix shapes how we think and how we build.

We understand that warehouse performance is not improved by theory alone.
It improves when decisions are made on a clearer basis, shared across the business, and reviewed properly and frequently.
