Purpose and Statement

Predyktable recognises the material impact that ESG factors have on our business operations and performance. This policy outlines our commitment to integrating ESG considerations across all levels of the organisation in line with national (UK) and international standards. We aim to embed sustainability, ethical business practices, and social responsibility into the heart of what we do.

Environmental Commitments

Predyktable is committed to minimising our environmental impact by:

  • Being a remote-first company- reducing unnecessary travel for commuting.
  • When travel is needed- prioritising public transport.
  • Reducing our carbon footprint and promoting energy efficiency in our operations.
  • Exploring renewable energy sources and adopting sustainable practices.
  • Ensuring that all staff consider the environmental consequences of their actions and minimise waste where possible.
  • Monitoring key environmental metrics such as energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, and waste production, with reporting at board level.

Review and Oversight

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective in light of evolving ESG standards and business needs. Oversight of ESG matters is the responsibility of the Predyktable Board, with day-to-day management delegated to senior leadership.
